Job Description:Position Summary:The Director/Senior Director of Admissions will be an articulate, organized, dynamic, and enthusiastic team player. The Managing Director of Strategic Partnerships and Development is in a key position to drive the advancement of BCBS Plans’ competitive position. This role has the responsibility for establishing and leading pioneering community partnerships, driving the development of new programs and services at BCBSA in partnership with external affairs and other BCBSA teams, and the execution and scaling of innovative national partnerships on behalf of BCBS Plans. The Executive Director, Public Affairs and Administration is a highly visible leadership role that advances BCBSA organizational and policy priorities by directing impactful strategic initiatives and driving internal, cross-functional collaboration. Develops strategy for and manages execution of coalition, Beltway and in-district public affairs campaigns. Builds, strengthens and expands relationships with external partners.
