(i.e. Mennonite World Conference, Council for Anabaptist International Ministries, InterAction, Accord Network, etc.)</li><li>Support advancement as applicable with donor and institutional visits</li></ul>Governance functions Provide support for the governance functions of the MCC U.S. Board, including establishing and monitoring compliance with MCC’s identity, purpose, vision, priorities, approaches and values<ul><li>Consult regularly with the Board Chair and board executive committee and assist the MCC&nbsp;U.S Board in its governance responsibilities.</li><li>Approve and recommend meeting packages that provide excellent material for board and committee governance.</li><li>Ensure that adequate plans are in place for strategic direction, budget development and income generation.</li><li>Attend MCC US board meetings and serve on board committees as requested by the chair. </li><li>Partner with the chair of the Board Development Committee and Board chair in board member recruitment, board orientation and education.</li><li>Assist the Board in the review and revision of corporate documents such as bylaws, governance manuals etc.</li><li>Meet regularly with the board chair to plan meeting agendas, give strategic updates, share potential or actual risk situations, consider future activities and other issues as determined by the chair or Executive Director.</li><li>Other Duties as assigned.</li></ul>Physical Demands/ Environmental Concerns:<ul><li>Position involves significant travel.</li><li>Occasionally ascending or descending stairs/ladders or the like.</li><li>Constantly remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods of time.</li><li>Occasionally moving about to accomplish tasks or move from one worksite to another.</li><li>Occasionally light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds or more.</li><li>Constantly repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.</li><li>Constantly assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of work assigned.</li><li>Occasionally low temperatures.</li><li>Occasionally high temperatures</li><li>Occasionally outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind.</li><li>Occasionally noisy environments.</li><li>Occasionally hazardous conditions.</li></ul>Start Date15 Jun, 2026Salary DetailsBase salary: $132,560.
