Signs off on documentation as a Qualified Professional.</li><li>Provides leadership for the interdisciplinary team in a manner that encourages open communication, appropriate assumption of responsibility for patient care, and a high degree of initiative in resolving patient issues.</li><li>Determines staffing needs, assists with hiring, orientations and training of clinical staff.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for meeting the budgets for each of the clinical programs they oversee.</li><li>Ensures that all clinical staff adhere to the clinical philosophy in working with the patients and their families.</li><li>Responds to off hour issues/concerns in a timely and effective manner.</li><li>Provides clinical supervision in the multidisciplinary treatment team meetings as well as individual supervision sessions.</li><li>Conducts individual and group therapy in accordance with license requirements, CARF standards and Caron policies.</li><li>Sets high standards of care and models high levels of clinical concern and competence.</li><li>Makes recommendations to the Executive Vice President of Caron Florida and Management Team regarding the direction and needs of clinical programs.</li><li>Takes a leadership role in identifying quality improvement opportunities and in&nbsp;&nbsp; implementing improvement programs.</li><li>Maintains referent relationships and conducts regular quality control calls with referent base and follows up on any serviced related issues.</li><li>Represents Caron Florida and their clinical programs at conferences and other external speaking engagements.</li><li>Maintains appropriate boundaries and ethical behavior with patients, families, and professionals.&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;Maintains strict patient confidentiality in accordance with Title 42, CFR, Part 2, HIPAA and Caron policies.</li><li>Follows and enforces all company policies and procedures including human resources, safety, clinical, administrative, etc.</li><li>Completes all paperwork/documentation in an accurate and timely manner.</li><li>Completes all required training on a timely basis.</li><li>Conducts quality performance evaluations on direct reports on a timely basis.</li><li>Conducts frequent reviews of patient charts and all documentation to ensure quality and compliance with organizational standards and requirements as outlined by licensing and accrediting bodies. Provides supervision and feedback for clinical staff related to documentation issues.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Licensed in the State of Florida.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years in a clinical setting within a drug and alcohol program.</li><li>A minimum of 3 years clinical supervisory experience.</li><li>Minimum of a master’s degree in social work or related field.</li><li>Experience with in-network insurance programs.</li><li>If in recovery, 2 years of continuous sobriety is preferred.</li><li>Certifications in specialized areas such as Process addictions or trauma preferred.</li></ul>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>Must be able to work extended hours.</li><li>Must be able and willing to travel as needed.</li><li>Must be able to deliver presentations. &nbsp;</li><li>Must be available to be on-call after hours.</li></ul>
