Business Intelligence Director/UKHC

<h4>Overview</h4>The Vermont Department of Mental Health (DMH), part of the Agency of Human Services, is seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Director to lead our Business Office operations. This position is responsible for overseeing all fiscal functions within the department, with a focus on accountability, compliance, and the effective use of public resources. The Finance Director will provide leadership and oversight for Medicaid reimbursement processes, approved payment models, and fiscal reporting requirements. This role supervises the Business Office team, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to state and federal regulations. The Finance Director will serve as a key advisor to DMH leadership, providing financial insight to support policy development, budget planning, and program implementation.
