Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors’ Degree earned from a regionally accredited institution and three (3) years’ work experience in Distilled Spirits or Associate’s Degree or above earned from a regionally accredited institution in Distilled Spirits or related field and five (5) years’ work experience in Distilled Spirits.
Preferred Qualifications:&nbsp; 
Master’s Degree in Distilled Spirits or related field earned from a regionally accredited university and five (5) years’ experience in Distilled Spirits.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Oversee and be responsible for the organization, administration, instruction, program evaluation, continuous quality improvement, curriculum planning and development, directing other program faculty/staff, maintaining compliance with applicable Federal and state statutes or rules, accreditation requirements, and general effectiveness of the program.&nbsp; Participate in budget preparation; Build and coordinate laboratory experiences.</li>
<li>Teach courses as assigned in accordance with the catalog description and the approved course syllabus; Travel to multiple campuses as assigned. Maintain student-instructor ratio. Audits are for the purpose of determining the adequacy of the institution’s systems of internal control for continuous improvement, risk management, and fraud awareness; efficiency and effectiveness of financial, administrative and academic areas; and verification of compliance with policies and procedures of the College and Tennessee Board of Regents, and state and federal laws and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree earned from a regionally accredited institution in accounting or related business field, active CPA or CIA certification, and at least five years of professional auditing experience. Professional accounting experience may be substituted for the professional auditing experience on a year for year basis up to two years. Demonstrated professional experience in managing projects. Documented experience working independently.
Preferred Qualifications:&nbsp; 
Master’s degree earned from a regionally accredited institution in accounting or related business field, active CPA or CIA certification, and at least five years of professional auditing experience including experience working in higher education, and auditing large computerized accounting and information systems such as Banner (Ellucian). Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain a portfolio of donors and prospect, cultivate, and solicit for financial support of the College through the Foundation’s development and resource building activities, including fundraising for annual and major gift campaigns.
• Work closely with the AVP in planning, promoting, and executing Foundation and Motlow Alumni Association activities and events (including some community friend-raising and outreach events) which may occur during evenings and weekends.
• Assist with communications to the Foundation’s donors and potential donors, including general mailings, news releases, electronic newsletters, etc.
• Assist in the design of all creative and marketing collateral for Foundation including, but not limited to, brochures, invitations, campaign images, etc. in conjunction with the Marketing Department and the Assistant Vice President of Corporate and Foundation Services.
• Serve as an administrator for Award Spring, the online scholarship management system, Raiser’s Edge, the donor management system, and OneCause, the Foundation’s event and auction software, assisting with the implementation and strategic use of each.
• Assist with Foundation’s online and social media presence including, but not limited to, the creation of a stand-alone website which includes online store for alumni items.
• Research possible corporate donors and with presentation materials and expand grant opportunities.
• Oversee, track and process student scholarships and requests for textbook and emergency assistance.
• Manage records for employee giving campaign and monthly payroll deductions.
