The Role The Health and Benefit Accounts Domain within the Fidelity Healthcare Group is seeking a Business Analysis Consultant to design capabilities across our Healthcare team. As a Business Analysis Consultant, you play a meaningful role on an Agile software development team that obsesses over customer journeys and the technologies that bring them to life! You are a strategic and critical thinker who will play a vital role in a on large migration initiative with concrete timelines, complex end to end testing and conversion efforts, and needing well-coordinated cutover strategies. You blend deep experience in health care benefit accounts, healthcare debit cards, and product development with a passion for analysis, harnessing technology to solve sophisticated business problems, and executing to deliver and implement solutions to delight customers. The Team We work within multi-functional Scrum Agile teams (squads) of technology and business colleagues to develop and implement health care debit card product and service features from inception to delivery. Your team represents the healthcare debit cards product area in a multi-year year enterprise-wide implementation that focuses on delivering solutions that better serve our cardholders both from a customer service and digital experience perspective. Here are a few ways you'll impact the team: <ul> <li>Bring the voice of the customer to the squad through customer journey mapping and feedback loops to focus the team on delivering business solutions with the highest customer and business value </li><li>Work closely with the Product Owner (Squad Leader) and squad to build, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog </li><li>Collaborate with design, business, and technical team members to define requirements and identify dependencies and risks </li><li>Handle customer-facing content and messaging to optimize usability </li><li>Perform acceptance testing to ensure the team delivers a seamless customer experience that meets business requirements </li><li>Support business readiness, deployment, and solution enablement, e.g., demos, training, procedures, and communication </li></ul> The Expertise and Skills You Bring <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree required </li><li>7+ years of demonstrated ability in an analyst, technology, or product role, passionate about digital solutions </li><li>Proven experience working in Agile product execution and delivery involving business, design, and technology teams </li><li>Expertise in various business analysis methodologies and techniques, including data analysis, use case development, story writing, user acceptance testing, and product documentation. </li><li>Strong understanding of technology concepts (API's, file exchange, ETLs, data streaming, relational databases, and digital experience design); Able to query back-end databases and/or interpreting logs is a plus. </li><li>Working knowledge of Healthcare Debit Cards, Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Flexible Spending and Reimbursement Accounts (FSRA), and Healthcare card processors (e.g., FISERV) is preferred </li><li>Experience using data to find opportunities and drive decision-making; may have conducted user research or competitive analysis </li><li>Resourceful, Self-motivated, and able to learn a new subject matter and norms of a new organization very quickly </li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills; able to tailor content for diverse audiences and influence decisions. </li><li>Excellent critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills; eager to ask why, challenge assumptions, and understand impact to our customers </li><li>Ability to understand business strategy and collaborate with product leads to maintain the roadmap </li><li>Proficient in MS Office, PowerBI, Visio, Miro, and backlog/testing tools; familiarity with content management systems like Confluence and Sharepoint </li><li>Highly adaptable and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment according to both stakeholder impacts and dependencies. </li><li>Certified Business Analysis Professional® (CBAP®) certification or Certified Scrum Product Owner certification preferred </li></ul> Dynamic Working Fidelity’s hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences.
