Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: <ul><li>Provides direct care services to the supportive tenants</li><li>Responsible for documentation of the &nbsp;supportive tenants’ record as assigned</li><li>Monitor the site, coordinate and participate in program activities such as recreational activities, safety checks etc.</li><li>Provide rehabilitative support services in daily living skills, health services and others as assigned</li><li>Monitor medication; perform medication counts; prepare medication sheets</li><li>Assists with transportation of clients, as needed</li><li>Perform unit inspections; train and assist residents in maintaining the cleanliness of individual units</li><li>Remain current with all Agency required compliance documents and trainings</li></ul> Salary- $19.00/hr.&nbsp; Position Requirements Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent along with at least two years of experience in a similar role.
