Job-Specific Responsibilities: The Data Scientist will have two responsibilities. The first is to conduct economic and statistical analysis to support evidence-based investments and cost-benefit evaluation to promote economic mobility. The person in this role will design and implement statistical and econometric models to estimate program impacts, develop financial models of returns to program investments, and conduct cost-benefit and impact analyses. The second objective is to translate findings from these analyses and other ongoing research at Opportunity Insights into actionable insights for external stakeholders and the broader public, ranging from policymakers to students participating in OI’s new data science courses. Reporting to the Principal Investigator, overseen in part by Principal Scientist who oversees shuttle discovery and optimization, you will work closely with our team using both omics-based target identification approaches, external discovery CROs, and in vitro and in vivo assays. We are seeking a talented Generative AI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art generative AI models, directly impacting our platform's ability to provide interactive and intelligent tools for our users. 
 
As a Senior Data Scientist specializing in Generative AI applications, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative generative AI products that support the Harvard Business School (HBS) Foundry team and learners on our platform. This key technical role requires hands-on expertise across data science, machine learning, and AI solutions. You will manage the lifecycle of artificial intelligence algorithms and tools across a variety of domains. The Foundry Team will support with domain knowledge.Responsibilities Include:<ul><li>Build trust&nbsp;and collaboration by being present on-site and engaging directly with colleagues and&nbsp;various constituents.</li></ul>AI Tool Development and Implementation<ul><li>Design and implement efficient data pipelines for data collection, cleaning, labeling, and preprocessing</li><li>Ensure quality of datasets tailored for LLM training for each product.
