Job Summary The Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) provides a unique opportunity for RNs to provide specialized care for critically ill pediatric patients with a wide range of medical and cardiac conditions. PICU/CICU RNs provide high-quality family centered care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and utilize advanced technologies to support critically ill children. RN’s will orient to both the PICU and Peds CICU and can be asked to work on both units based on the needs of the unit.
