The RN Charge Nurse is responsible for overseeing nursing services each shift and functions as a nursing supervisor. This position provides daily supervision of staff on duty during operational hours.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. GENERAL DUTIES:&nbsp; The part-time Practical Nursing Adjunct Instructor is responsible for teaching and supervision of nursing students in on-campus classroom/lab settings and at off-campus clinical sites; evaluating and advising students; maintaining records and completing reports; participating in the development of the program, and other duties as assigned. This position reports to the Director of Health Careers. This part-time position will average 18-28 hours (3-4 days) per week Monday through Friday and is not eligible for benefits. Scheduled hours will be for in-person classroom and skills lab teaching and student supervision at clinical sites. Clinical hours may vary based on the needs of each site. This is not a remote teaching position.
SALARY:&nbsp; $32.00 per hour. Commensurate with Tennessee Colleges of Applied Technology -- Dickson guidelines.
