We strive to keep medical costs at a minimum while providing the utmost in quality healthcare.Essential Job Functions: <ul><li>Examines patient, performs comprehensive physical examinations and preventive health measures.</li><li>Compiles patient medical data, including health history and results of physical examination. </li><li>Orders, interprets, and evaluates appropriate diagnostic and laboratory tests to identify and assess patient’s clinical problems and health care needs. </li><li>Formulates and implements treatment plan. When appropriate discusses case with physician and other health professionals to prepare comprehensive patient care plan. </li><li>Prescribes or recommends drugs or other forms of treatment such as physical therapy or related therapeutic procedures. </li><li>Documents appropriately in patient’s medical record in a timely manner.</li><li>Responds well to patient’s questions</li></ul>Qualifications:&nbsp;Successful completion of National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner. Come join our amazing team and help make an impact on the lives of our patients and the community we serve.Essential Job Functions:&nbsp;<ul><li>Identify patients' goals, develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques. </li><li>Create fitness and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients' specific needs. </li><li>Provide quality, personalized, and evidence-based care with proven interventions. </li><li>Motivate patients during treatment to help them function optimally. </li><li>Promote a healthy lifestyle by improving mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. </li><li>Consult and practice with other health professionals. </li><li>Evaluate effects, monitor, and communicate progress with documentation of the patient care services.</li></ul>Qualifications:&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program. </li><li>Current Physical Therapy Licensure through the State of Utah or temporary license if a new graduate awaiting licensing exam results. </li><li>Proven work experience as a physical therapist with intensive education and clinical expertise. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. </li><li>Ability to manage and work with many types of personalities. </li><li>Current knowledge of treatment practices and a drive to continually learn and grow professionally. </li><li>Hand therapy experience is desired but not required.</li></ul>Hours:&nbsp;Monday - Friday 8 to 5Additional Notes:Once we find a stellar PT and make an offer, we will want to make sure the therapist is fully credentialed prior to starting in the office. The process can take up to 3 months to complete with the insurances.
