Bachelor’s degree. 4. Work with Economic Developers in the region to recruit new industry.
5. Identify industrial trends in our region and help develop new credit and/or non-credit degrees and certificates.
6. Develop non-credit courses and deliver the training.
7. Facilitate community groups.
8. Work with the Tennessee Board of Regents Workforce office to collect and report workforce data from our service area and respond to state-wide opportunities as requested.
9. Seek and manage Workforce grants ranging from small to large dollar amounts. Act as lead for grants at times.
10. Lead our Workforce division made up of seven workforce exempt employees and three support/non-exempt employees.
11. Participant and sometimes serve as keynote speaker or panel member on workforce related topics at conferences.
12. Represent the college on the TN Valley Corridor organization and lead workforce efforts across five states.
13. Develop relationships for grants and other initiatives with TN Colleges of Applied Technology in our region.

JOB STANDARDS:
Minimum Faculty Qualifications
A master’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university and a minimum of 18 graduate semester credit hours (or equivalent) in computer applications or technical and adult education, or related courses, is required.
Certiport MOS Excel Expert certification is required (or the ability to obtain certification by December 31, 2026).
A minimum of two years of work experience with Microsoft Office applications or office systems technology is preferred.
Teaching experience, especially in a community college environment, is preferred.

Position Summary: To provide quality instruction for student learning and to maintain a positive learning environment in the classroom. The major emphasis will be placed on teaching and evaluating students in the classroom and laboratories.
Department: School of Sciences and Nursing
Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Planning and teaching classes as assigned and as outlined in the course descriptions and course syllabi. 2. Supervising the study and learning activities of assigned students. 3. Submitting requests through the department head, program coordinator, or lead teacher for equipment, supplies, textbooks, and other instructional aids. 4. Evaluating the academic progress of students. 5. Demonstrating knowledge of services, regulations, and procedures as defined in the Adjunct Faculty Handbook. 6. Submitting course grades and performing other administrative duties as required. 7. Scheduling two office hours. For extenuating circumstances in which office hours cannot be scheduled, the adjunct faculty member must submit a written plan to the dean describing how students can access the instructor. Office hours are not paid during the summer session.

3. Possess a current CST certification by the Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting
4. Have a minimum total of two years’ experience, either in the operating room scrub role or as an&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; instructor in surgical technology, or a combination of both, within the past five years

JOB OBJECTIVE: This is a tenure-track position. The overall purpose of this job is to manage the Radiologic Technology program's clinical education component, ensuring compliance with JRCERT Standards and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).  Duties include coordinating clinical schedules, supervising students and preceptors, evaluating clinical performance, serving as a liaison between the academic institution and clinical sites, contributing to accreditation processes, curriculum development, and student support. The clinical coordinator will also be responsible for course instruction.&nbsp;
