Title: Digital Lead

Reports to: Imaging Supervisor or Manager

Purpose:

A Digital Lead is responsible for leading a team of imaging professionals, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the imaging department, and ensuring that imaging projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

ESSESNTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Essential Functions

  • Lead Imaging Team: The Imaging Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of imaging professionals, providing guidance, direction, and coaching as needed.
  • Quality Control: The Imaging Team Leader assists with ensuring that all imaging projects meet the quality standards set by the organization, and that images are of high quality and properly processed.
  • Project Management: The Imaging Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the day to day logistics of imaging projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Technical Expertise: The Imaging Team Leader must have a strong understanding of imaging technologies and software, as well as experience with image acquisition, processing, and analysis.
  • Equipment Management: The Imaging Team Leader is responsible for managing imaging equipment, including ensuring that it is properly maintained, calibrated, and updated as necessary.
  • Staff Development: The Imaging Team Leader is responsible for developing and training imaging staff to improve their skills and knowledge, as well as identifying performance issues.
  • Customer Service: The Imaging Team Leader is responsible for providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Compliance: The Imaging Team Leader is responsible for ensuring that all imaging activities comply with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, OSHA, and other relevant regulations.

Other functions include:

  • Assists in hiring new employees.
  • Operate and troubleshoot equipment.
  • Perform support functions to maintain smooth workflow.



Requirements:

Education and Eligibility Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in the field of Imaging/Scanning operations or comparable experience.
  • Must have High School Diploma, associate degree preferred.
  • Must be able to speak and write in English.
  • Proficiency in typing
