SUMMARYThe Acute Registered Nurse provides acute dialysis care and treatment to patients within a hospital environment. We are driving a strategic, multi-year Enterprise Payments program to bring all payments together into a center of excellence to drive operational excellence for payment execution, enable innovative payment products, services, and capabilities to be built effectively and efficiently, support our BU strategies more closely, and deliver on our customers’ evolving payment needs.&nbsp;About the Role&nbsp;This newly created role of Manager, Enterprise Payments Program Management is an exciting opportunity to drive a large scale, enterprise-wide program to redesign our payment execution operating model and accelerate the development of our enterprise payment services. The incumbent will be an integral member of the Enterprise Payments program office, helping to drive the day-to-day management, tracking, and reporting of the program, as well as the overall success of the Enterprise Payments Center of Excellence (COE). They will report into the Director, Enterprise Payments Program Management.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities&nbsp;<ul><li>Deliver multiple projects&nbsp;within Enterprise Payments Program that supports delivery of wider Multi-Rail&nbsp;- Business Solutions and Go to Market strategy.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage E2E project&nbsp;planning across multiple&nbsp;works&nbsp;streams.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Program execution and delivery: Oversee program milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with program strategy and&nbsp;objectives. Monitor and manage resolution of dependencies, gaps, risks&nbsp;&amp;issues, and change requests.</li><li>Drive coordination of activities across&nbsp;various teams including product and technology to ensure the end-to-end solution is stitched together appropriately to meet the business needs. &nbsp;</li><li>Communicate program progress, updates, risks, escalations, and outcomes to program leadership. Drive communication across the various stakeholder teams to ensure integrity of the end-to-end solution.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Performance oversight: Manage the program’s budget to&nbsp;optimize&nbsp;resources, and technology&nbsp;capacity&nbsp;across the dependent teams. Manage the program’s&nbsp;objectives&nbsp;and key results (OKRs) and the tracking and reporting of the program metrics. &nbsp;</li><li>Lead weekly Program/Project calls to capture actions that drives clear ownership, decision making, risk management and accountability.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare various committee reporting and weekly communications.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop central repository of Project Management tools and templates and serve as go-to subject matter resource.</li><li>Liaise between Amex central PMO and other project governance teams as needed.</li></ul>Requirements/Qualifications&nbsp;<ul><li>Relevant experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in global payments, ideally within Program Management, Project Management, and/or Product &amp; Platform Management.&nbsp;</li><li>Results oriented:&nbsp;Proven&nbsp;track record&nbsp;of coordinating between Business, Product, Platform Delivery, and Technology teams to deliver key strategic projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Passion for execution: Passion to drive program execution and delivery in a fast-moving and innovative environment.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Project management:&nbsp;Exceptional project management skills with flawless organizational skills and attention to detail.&nbsp;</li><li>Product experience: A strong understanding of user experience and design principles to ensure the product meets market needs.</li><li>Highly collaborative: Ability to collaborate with and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver value beyond traditional means.&nbsp;</li><li>Effective communicator and influencer: Ability to influence key partners and executive stakeholders.
