Job Description Job Summary: The Audio Visual Lead is responsible for coordinating a range of advanced technical functions related to the setup, implementation, and design of media equipment and productions, including complex designs and large-scale events. Job-Specific Responsibilities: The role excels in proactive planning and management, both independently and interdepartmentally, for day-to-day operations and projects of varying scales. It is instrumental in developing innovative technical solutions for courses, programs and high-profile events, as well as maintaining the DCE AV systems, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and that all users are trained and comfortable with their operation. Job-Specific Responsibilities: The Project Coordinator will support projects by performing a range of complex administrative and research duties. They will help project leads with agenda management, deadlines, and research infrastructure (IRB compliance, funder reporting, etc.). We employ diverse approaches, including gene expression analyses, lineage tracing, live imaging, and CRISPR-mediated gene manipulation to probe molecular and cellular mechanisms driving the development of molluscan brains and body plans, with the goal of revealing fundamental principles underlying the evolution of development. We are seeking a Research Assistant II to support our growing lab needs. 
Job-Specific Responsibilities: This position will report directly to the Principal Investigator and perform the following duties:<ul><li>Leads laboratory experiments utilizing standard techniques and equipment;</li><li>Collects data related to cephalopod embryology and genomics;</li><li>Handles animal care;</li><li>Performs microscopy and data analysis;</li><li>Performs general laboratory maintenance such as maintaining and cleaning equipment and ordering supplies;</li><li>May process orders or invoices, or undertake other duties under the direction of administrative personnel;</li><li>Other related duties as necessary.</li></ul>This position requires the individual to work occasional nights and/or weekends.

This course emphasizes typical and atypical development, pediatric occupational participation, service delivery models, and the OTA's role in supporting children and families across early intervention, school-based, outpatient, and medical settings.This in-person appointment is scheduled for Spring 2026, with the possibility of additional teaching opportunities in future semesters.Duties and Responsibilities:Duties include but not limited to:Essential:The Adjunct Instructor will:• Deliver high-quality, evidence-informed instruction in pediatric occupational science, aligned with course and program objectives.• Demonstrate current clinical expertise in pediatric occupational therapy practice relevant to the course content.• Implement inclusive, equitable, and culturally responsive teaching strategies consistent with the University and OTA-B Program mission.• Assess student learning using multiple evaluation methods designed to measure competency development.• Provide timely and constructive feedback to support student learning and professional growth.• Maintain accurate grade records, documentation, and course materials in accordance with university policies.• Utilize Brightspace (learning management system) for instructional delivery and communication.• Hold regular office hours to support student academic success and advising needs.• Collaborate with OTA-B faculty to maintain curriculum continuity and alignment across the program.• Support students in applying course concepts to pediatric Level I Fieldwork expectations.Job Requirements:Minimum Required QualificationsTo ensure alignment with the 2023 ACOTE Standards, candidates must meet the following criteria:1. Licensure / Regulation Requirements• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) or Occupational Therapist (OT) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, in accordance with jurisdictional requirements for teaching OT content.• Licensure must be maintained in good standing throughout employment.2. Degree Requirements• A minimum of a master's degree from a USDE-recognized accredited institution in Occupational Therapy, Health Sciences, or a related field.3. Academic &amp; Experiential Qualifications• Documented, current pediatric practice expertise, directly relevant to the instructional responsibilities of Occupational Science II.• Demonstrated experience delivering instruction that aligns with OTA curriculum design, developmental frameworks, and professional competencies.• Experience evaluating student performance and applying effective assessment strategies in academic or clinical education settings.4.
