<li>Two procedure rooms, 30 exam rooms, and three consult rooms.</li>
<li>Services offered at this facility include Preventative Medicine, Family Health Planning, Women’s Health – OB/Gyn, well-child visits, Immunizations, and Patient Family Education.</li>
