We are currently sourcing for a Transaction Processor to work in Covington, KY!</p> <p>Please note we are hiring for a weekly shift that could range from Sunday-Friday (4-5 days/week within that timeframe). Available shifts range from 6:00AM ET – 4:30PM ET (an 8 -10 hour shifts within that timeframe).</p> <p>The hourly pay rate range for this position is $20-$22 per hour.</p> <p>Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.</p> <h3><strong>The Role</strong></h3> <p>Do you like problem solving and working in a fast-paced office environment? As General Transaction Processing Representative, you will provide transaction services to each of Fidelity’s distribution channels. We support Fidelity’s growth with high quality, cost effective and innovative service solutions through talented associates and processing expertise.</p> <h3><strong>The Experience and Expertise You Bring</strong></h3> <ul> <li>High school diploma </li><li>Minimum one-year experience in a data entry related role </li><li>Check processing experience preferred </li><li>Excellent communication skills </li><li>High attention to detail </li><li>The ability to accurately key between 8,000-10,000 keystrokes per hour </li><li>Able to effectively multi-task </li><li>Please be flexible and highly adaptive to change </li><li>We look for a positive attitude and ‘can do’ approach to challenges </li><li>Ability to learn and apply knowledge to make effective processing decisions </li><li>Managing queue work and check reconciliation processes </li><li>Reviewing deposit instructions and ensuring each transaction is executed appropriately </li><li>Making timely and accurate deposits, regarding high-risk exception functions </li></ul> <h3><strong>The Team</strong></h3> <p>Inbound processing provides imaging, data entry and check deposit services for several Fidelity business units.
