Do you enjoy math and Excel, and do you have the drive to be consistently improving to help participants?</p><p>Under minimal supervision, the Senior Pension Administrator will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of moderate to high complexity calculations and/or transactions in a multi-client environment. They learn to execute employee information and financial transactions on several Fidelity systems within each client’s respective database. The Senior Pension Administrator interacts with many different groups within Fidelity and is a key contributor to the team environment and overall effective services provided to Fidelity’s client base.</p><p>This role will use Defined Benefit specific and client specific procedures when researching and processing calculations to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all work.</p><p><strong><strong>The Expertise and Skills You Bring</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree (Mathematics, Finance or Business preferred) or equivalent work experience</li><li>Defined Benefit knowledge and experience is a plus, but not required. Manage and monitor workflows</li><li>Interpret plan rules to ensure correct calculations and disbursements. Build calculation tools.</li><li>Analyze and process transactions to ensure proper quality standards for calculations, disbursements and data updates</li><li>Contact participants to explain calculations or resolve participant/client related issues.
