The Service Operations Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the service department. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining the accuracy of Repair Orders (ROs) within both CDK and Tools platforms, ensuring alignment and compliance with internal policies and industry standards. Customer Service Representative
