The Transportation Supervisor provides direct supervision for a group of assigned Drivers. Benefits you can count on: <ul><li>Pay rate: $72,000.00 to $76,000.00 per year.</li><li>This role is also eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan with a target incentive of 10% of your base annual salary.</li><li>Day 1 Benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA, and company-paid life insurance</li><li>Paid time off begins day one.</li><li>401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days.</li><li>Additional benefits: pet insurance, maternity/paternity leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more!</li></ul> What you'll do as a Transportation Supervisor: <ul><li>Achieve safe, timely, and accurate deliveries to customers via a thorough working knowledge of multi-stop routing systems and dispatch procedures.</li><li>Review driver logs, hours of service, and other DOT requirements to ensure compliance with all state, local and federal regulations.</li><li>Coordinate activities with other distribution center departments to ensure that accurate and timely deliveries occur.</li><li>This position has additional duties. Special projects may be assigned at the position supervisor's discretion. </li></ul> Qualifications you'll bring as a Transportation Supervisor: <ul><li>Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent required.</li><li>A Bachelor's degree is preferred.</li><li>Have at least 1 year of transportation management experience in the food distribution industry.</li><li>Be knowledgeable about DOT regulations.</li><li>AS/400 experience is preferred.</li><li>Truck routing software experience preferred.</li><li>Be able to work a varied and flexible schedule. </li><li>Have basic competency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word). </li><li>This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.</li></ul> Fit the following?
