Reporting directly to the President of Global Irrigation, this senior leader will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive profitable growth, operational excellence, and customer success across all aftermarket segments and regions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a track record of building and scaling high-performance teams, driving commercial success, and innovating in service delivery and customer support. Success in this role requires the ability to lead through influence, navigate complexity, and drive alignment across a global matrix structure. The Vice President will be adept at managing cross-functional relationships and ensuring collaboration across geographically dispersed teams and business units.Position DetailsThis is a full-time role based at Lindsay’s global headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska, USA.
