Establish repair cadence, perform repairs and arrange for outside repair as required. Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements.&nbsp;• Act as safety coordinator for the Secaucus DC. Ensure that site safety, fire protection and evacuation plans follow OSHA regulations and are documented, updated, tested and communicated to DC employees.• Administer the DC CPR and Fire Warden Programs.
