Reporting to the Focus Factory Manager, this position provides the first level of authority in the workplace. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership, coaching, and clear direction to ensure the hourly workforce works safely, meets customer demands, solves problems, eliminates waste, and achieves goals. &nbsp;This position involves rotating shifts.Direct reports include the hourly employees in the respective area and shift. Work is normally performed in a shared work environment, divided between the shop floor and an atypical interior work space. While not regularly exposed to hazardous materials, the potential to encounter such hazards requires wearing chemical resistant protective wear as necessary.
