Responsibilities include accurately processing client’s requests received through various channels. You will not be responsible for handling inbound client phone calls</p><h4><strong>The Expertise and Skills You Bring</strong></h4><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent work experience. </li><li>Financial services experience helpful and preferred. </li><li>1-2 years of experience in a customer service environment or transaction processing. </li><li>You have an outstanding ability to use your time effectively and are well organized </li><li>You have a strong analytical ability with great attention for detail </li><li>Your ability to detect high risk situations or problems and exercise your best judgment to react appropriately </li><li>Your robust verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills </li><li>Your proven work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet processing timeframes </li><li>You’re able to be flexible and calmly adapt to new changes </li><li>Your ability to receive and implement feedback in a prompt manner </li></ul><h4><strong>The Team</strong></h4><p>The Brokerage Operations organization is comprised of several middle office functions that support Fidelity’s Wealth and Brokerage associates and Retail end-clients with new accounts, inbound transfer of assets, and account features.</p><h4><strong>COVID Work Policy</strong></h4><p>Safety is our top priority.
