Job Summary
The Assistant Director of Strategy and Innovation for Access and Leadership Enrichment is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and programming that advance equitable access to opportunities and resources to support a collaborative and solution-oriented organizational culture. The Assistant Director fosters a culture of innovation that supports creativity, discovery, and enrichment while ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. o Develop strategic relationships with internal and external constituencies to support student leadership and engagement.

• Experience developing, implementing, or managing educational and cultural programs and events at the postsecondary level.

• Experience in grant development and/or grant management.
