Partners with internal and external stakeholders to help define specifications and requirements to source and procure goods and services with focus on best value for the organization. The job may require conducting market research, data collection and analysis, providing recommendations based on economic and financial analysis and developing/drafting/reviewing contractual documents including requests based on the stakeholders' needs. The role will support and lead contract negotiations adhering to the established purchasing policies and processes of the organization and is expected to have excellent project and time management skills to manage several sourcing projects and contracts at a given time. The role may contribute to specific category/contract management efforts.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: ​<ul><li>Supports the growth of the assigned contracts and categories by tracking contract progress and/or contract adoption and utilization.</li><li>Serves as a lead in the contract and award process, negotiates solely or assists in contract negotiations to completion with all applicable and necessary terms.
