The role involves critical coordination across USCS workstreams, business unit leaders, and extensive collaboration with partners in second-line, third-line, and supporting areas to ensure we continue maintaining the highest levels of control and compliance standards.&nbsp;Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Support an E2E cross-functional workplan enabling the delivery and oversight of project deliverables</li><li>Partner with Marketing, Product, Servicing, Compliance, Legal, Control Management, Technologies, 2LOD/3LOD and other key stakeholders</li><li>Serve as the program management function, acting as a conduit between USCS sponsors/leads and the critical workstreams delivering on project mandates </li><li>Track milestones, timelines, and deliverables across all workstreams, maintaining the master delivery plan including managing and documenting changes to plan and timelines.</li><li>Prepare regular status updates and dashboards for stakeholders, escalating risks and delays as required</li><li>Maintain the RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) log, ensuring items are actively managed, updated, and escalated appropriately</li><li>Act as the day-to-day point of contact for delivery leads, risk teams, and other contributors to gather updates, share information, and resolve blockers</li><li>Support governance activities, including reporting packages, capturing actions and decisions, and ensuring timely follow-ups</li><li>Maintain well-organized and up to date program documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders</li><li>Execute on protocol for capturing all key artifacts including approvals and evidence of task completion to support appropriate milestone completion, in line with Enterprise PMO guidance</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in project management/coordination through to execution, with strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail </li><li>Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly complex environment and navigating between competing priorities and whilst accelerating program knowledge</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship management skills to effectively partner with key program stakeholders to drive successful program delivery </li><li>Experience in preparing materials for senior stakeholders and committees </li><li>High level of integrity with ability to handle sensitive issues with complete confidentiality&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity working in a risk and control or regulatory environment and knowledge of commercial payments industry &amp; economics is a plus</li></ul>Annual Range: $80,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
