Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Education, or Business) or an Associate of Applied Science degree in a related technical field (e.g., Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, or Mechatronics) or Certificate of Completion/Industry-recognized credential with 2 years of related work experience. 2. At least one year of work experience in a relevant engineering, manufacturing, educational, or technical field. 3. Knowledge of and experience in manufacturing, engineering, Career and Technical Education (CTE), or workforce development fields. 4. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and industry partners to support program operations and continuous improvement. 5. Proficiency with standard computer applications and data management tools. 6. Valid driver’s license. &nbsp; Preferred Qualifications 1. One to three years of experience in manufacturing, engineering technology, mechatronics, or Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs. 2. Experience with budget coordination, scheduling, or resource planning for academic or training programs. 3. Experience supporting or delivering technical instruction in an educational or training environment. 4. Experience managing instructional labs or facilities, including equipment maintenance, purchasing, and safety compliance. 5. Familiarity with software or technologies commonly used in engineering and manufacturing education (e.g., design, simulation, or automation tools). 6. Experience collaborating with employers, industry partners, or workforce development organizations. &nbsp; Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office and instruction lab setting. Frequent interaction with faculty, students, and external partners. Occasional evening or weekend hours required for special events, recruitment efforts, and test proctoring.
