Job-Specific Responsibilities: <ul><li>Build emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for assigned projects using standardized templates and processes.</li><li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders and partners on email project requirements, delivery of assets, and production timelines.</li><li>Perform Quality Assurance testing on emails to ensure content accuracy, proper rendering across email devices and browsers, and link functionality.</li><li>Coordinate, prepare, upload, and test subscriber lists and test lists required for email deployments.</li><li>Facilitate stakeholder proofing of emails, process edits and feedback from reviewers, and coordinate final approval process.</li><li>Schedule email deployments, confirm scheduling with stakeholders, and monitor deployments for completion and deliverability.</li><li>Generate and distribute post-deployment metrics to email stakeholders as needed.</li><li>Monitor overall email deployment calendar in relation to assigned email projects to ensure optimal email frequency and cadence.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise relating to email creation, deployment and delivery.</li><li>Provide guidance to stakeholders on available email functionality and best practices.&nbsp;</li><li>The above covers the most significant responsibilities of the position.&nbsp; It does not, however, exclude other duties, the inclusion of which would be in conformity with the level of the position.</li></ul>Working Conditions:
