Help identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure effective risk management.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including department heads and operational teams; facilitate discussions and presentations to communicate performance results, share insights, and gain buy-in for performance improvement initiatives.</li><li>Assist in the continuous evaluation and refining of performance management processes and methodologies.</li><li>Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends to enhance the organization’s performance management capabilities.</li><li>Assist in the support of change initiatives by providing insights on the impact of changes on performance metrics; help stakeholders understand and adapt to new performance management processes or systems.</li><li>A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.</li></ul><h4><b>Minimum Qualifications</b></h4><ul><li>Five or more years of experience preparing or supporting performance data analysis/reporting.</li></ul><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or other relevant discipline.</li><li>Strong proficiency with MS tools (PPT, Excel, and Power BI).</li><li>Exceptional communication skills, with record of converting data to easily consumable decks, dashboards, and written material.</li><li>Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).</li><li>Experience with researching and benchmarking industry standards to evaluate operational efficiency, identify performance gaps, and support the development of data-driven objectives.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.</li><li>Passion for collaborating with teams – both internal and external to solve complex business problems and arrive at solutions.</li></ul><p><b>Additional Information</b></p><ul><li>This position’s work mode is <b>hybrid. </b>The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days (2) with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.  Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California.  Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
