Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer in a multi-faceted, multi-location academic and administration setting, this role is responsible for the short/long-range facilities planning, construction, and space utilization programs. The position directs planning and project management for programs and facilities, including budgeting, contractual agreements, procurement, design process, and scheduling. It frequently involves working with consultant architects and engineers and coordinating closely with other campus executives. The role also directs activities in space development and utilization, providing facilities expertise to committees.Additionally, the position is responsible for procurement and vendor management, planning, and operations for all locations, including supply, inventory, distribution, receiving, warehousing, packaging, shipping, transportation, and related operations.
