<h3>Job Description:</h3><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>You will guide a team of software engineers in the development of our internal portfolio management and analysis systems. As part of the product team you are the end-to-end gatekeeper of the mission and strategy and prioritize the product feature backlog to deliver value. You will enable the team to innovate and experiment while balancing the risk and reward of those efforts.</p><p>This position is located in Galway.</p><p><strong>The Expertise and Skills You Bring</strong></p><ul><li>Software development or software product leadership experience.</li><li>Experience with alternative credit products, leveraged loans, CLOs, direct lending, distressed debt or high yield investment markets.</li><li>Strong aptitude for quantitative finance, statistics, probabilistic risk and associated concepts and believe in the key role technology can play in helping asset managers outperform.</li><li>CFA or commitment to study toward completing a CFA a plus.</li><li>Comfortable making and defending decisions with a bias for action even under conditions of uncertainty.</li><li>Confident and effective communicator.</li><li>Intellectually curious and model a culture of continuous learning, mentoring and coaching.</li><li>A track record of contributing to high-performing, agile teams.</li></ul><p><strong>The Team</strong></p><p>The High Income and Alternatives Technology team develops the proprietary internal software systems used to manage over $100 Billion in investments across High Yield, Emerging Market, Real Estate and other alternative credit markets.
