GENERAL DUTIES:&nbsp;The Student Services Coordinator is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of all aspects of the department at the Murfreesboro and Smyrna campuses including, but not limited to financial aid, student records, student counseling, job placement, admissions and recruiting. This position oversees and participates in the compilation, maintenance and submission of reports as required by federal, state and accrediting agencies. Job Summary
Reporting to the RCAM Operations Director, the Machine Shop Coordinator &amp; Apprenticeship Instructor will be responsible for developing and delivering standardized lab content to support industrial training programs in a hands-on lab environment.
Job Duties
• Develop and deliver industrial lab training content to stake holders.
• Serve as subject matter expert for development of advanced manufacturing program and Machine Tool Apprenticeship.
• Facilitate improvement in process effectiveness and efficiency.
• Adhere to RCAM Schedule and closure which may differ from other Northeast State schedules and closures
• Complete other assignments as directed by supervision.
Minimum Qualifications
• Experience in an industrial setting or other relevant qualifying experience as approved by the RCAM Operations Director. • Experience in Mastercam for CNC machine programming. • Craft qualified at the journey level commensurate with teaching assignments • Associate's degree in a related field from an accredited institution.

The Engaged Learning Coordinator designs, develops, leads, and facilitates programs and initiatives for Southwest Tennessee Community College (STCC) faculty. In particular, the Coordinator manages the development and implementation of high impact practices (HIPs) while also overseeing professional learning programming for STCC’s adjunct and dual enrollment faculty. The position requires familiarity with HIPs and proven skills in developing and implementing professional learning strategies and assessing their effectiveness. The Coordinator reports to STCC’s Associate Dean of Academic Innovation and Faculty Support. The Director works closely with the Associate Dean to develop and implement strategies and programs for engaged learning at STCC. 
Job Duties
<ul>
<li>Perform long- and short-range planning necessary to ensure the ongoing development of HIPs programs. Work with faculty to create and enhance HIPs opportunities, including, but not limited to, international studies, honors programming, and service-learning programs.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Division of Academic Support and Operations members and STCC’s Office of Institutional Research, Planning, and Effectiveness to establish frameworks and systems for collecting data to advance STCC’s mission.</li>
<li>Conduct regular needs assessments of adjunct and dual enrollment faculty to guide programming. Share results and assessments with the wider STCC community.</li>
<li>Advise faculty on educational and operational components of high impact teaching and learning strategies.</li>

Title: Access Services Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY Coordinates the College’s disabilities services program for students, including assessing student needs and identifying and organizing instructional and technology supports.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Serves as the College’s liaison and informational representative for students with disabilities. Assesses students’ individual needs using evaluation reports, interviews and professional acumen and judgement and engages in an interactive process with students and relevant personnel to determine appropriate reasonable accommodations for students. Coordinates with the Testing Center to ensure students receive approved testing accommodations, according to ADA guidelines. Processes student accommodations and communicates with students and faculty using AIM (Accessible Information Management) system.
Prepares and conducts faculty/staff workshops regarding accommodations for students with disabilities. Networks with service providers to help identify appropriate supports for students. Remains current on relevant regulations and laws and other topics pertinent to the role, including recent innovations and availability of adaptive/assistive equipment and technology. Provides support to the student affairs division as needed, including assisting with admissions, orientation and advising and developing intervention strategies to improve student retention, particularly for students with disabilities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in education, special education, counseling, psychology, rehabilitation counseling, social work or related field
One (1) year of experience working with students with emotional, physical and learning disabilities
Experience with case management
Experience reviewing and interpreting medical documentation
Experience interpreting and applying the ADA and Sections 504 and 508 of the Rehabilitation Act
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Prior experience in higher education
Experience with assistive/adaptive technology
Experience using accommodation management software systems, such as AIM or similar system
