The Disability Resource Accommodations Coordinator will provide academic accommodations and support for qualified students with disabilities from intake through graduation, transfer or incomplete process within the office of Disability Resources.
This position is based at the Williamson Campus in Franklin, TN with support to other campuses when needed.

Essential Functions:
<ol>
<li>Meet with prospective students with disabilities and their families to explain the range of services offered through the DRC, detail the process for registering for accommodation support, and provide guidance in obtaining appropriate documentation of disability</li>
<li>Review and interpret psychological, medical or educational data to determine student eligibility for accommodations and engage in an interactive process involving students, faculty and staff to identify barriers in the educational environment and appropriate accommodations to remove those barriers.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Maintain timely case management utilizing the DRC’s online accommodation management system.</li>
<li>Regularly engage in professional development activities to gain further knowledge and expertise in the field of disability services and higher education.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in coordinating and implementing disability-awareness events across all 5 campuses each semester.</li>
<li>Assist in training faculty and staff on matters of disability and accommodation.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate and support the testing center with proctoring and assistive technological needs as needed.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide specialized accommodation testing not provided by the testing center.</li>

<li>Inventory ADA equipment, devices, software and furniture on the Williamson campus.</li>

<li>Support development, oversight of programs and services that result in enrollment, progression, retention and graduation growth for the service area.</li>

Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of High School Programs, the Health Professions Jump Start Coordinator’s primary responsibilities are to recruit, mentor, and enhance the retention and success of high school students enrolled in Health Professions Jump Start pathway by providing ongoing advising and navigation services. They lead all activities specific to the Rural Health Care Pathways Expansion Grant as well as act as an advisor and navigator to improve strategies in retention, transfer, and success.
Job Duties

Duties and Responsibilities:

Title: Tutor Coordinator, Mathematics
POSITION SUMMARY The Tutor Coordinator is responsible for delivering academic support to students enrolled in a range of Mathematics courses through traditional tutoring and structured weekly math skills sessions. This role collaborates closely with faculty, part-time tutors, and the Learning Center Coordinator to enhance student learning and success in Mathematics. Tutoring will be provided in both in-person and virtual formats, serving students across multiple campuses.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Facilitate the learning process for students seeking additional academic support outside of the classroom. Work in both one-on-one and small group settings on Mathematics course materials. Collaborate with Mathematics faculty course leads to design weekly math skills sessions that pair with content covered in the classroom.
Design academic skills workshops, including time management and study skills, targeted for students enrolled in STEM courses. Assist the Learning Center Coordinator in designing training for part-time tutoring staff based on faculty needs, student feedback, and best practices for STEM tutoring. Record tutoring visit data in a timely, accurate, and consistent manner. Promote tutoring services by visiting classes, being embedded in course shells, or attending resource fairs. JOB LOCATION
This position is an on-site role located in the Student Center-Office of Enrollment Management, located on the main campus of Cleveland State Community College in Cleveland, Tennessee. Occasional travel to off-campus sites within the college’s five (5) county service area including high schools may be required.
