<li>Works with CIS/CIT Instructors on planning Skills/Cybersecurity Lab experiences for interns which include researching assignments, identification of equipment/material/ supplies needed, scheduling use of equipment, building and rebuilding lab environments, cleaning lab areas, and inventory of hardware and software.</li>

Job Summary
Reporting to the Dean of Health Professions and the Director of Nursing, the Nursing Program Coordinator is responsible for coordination of the Nursing Program. Administrative responsibilities include office management, budgetary oversight, and equipment purchases. Additionally, the Nursing Program Coordinator recruits and advises students for the nursing program and teaches college-level nursing classes as needed.
Job Duties
• Coordinate scheduling of program-related meetings.
• Provide office management.
• Assist the Director of Nursing in updating and maintaining the Nursing Program’s Evaluation Plan, Program Outcomes, and Student Learning Outcomes.
• Assume teaching assignments related to lecture, lab, and clinical using safe, effective practice, as needed.
• Participate in planning, developing, revising, and program development within the nursing curriculum.
• Perform periodic analysis of existing nursing courses options.
• Comply with polices of the College, TBR, Tennessee Board of Nursing, and ACEN.
• Work with the Director of Nursing to maintain accreditation from ACEN and approval from the Tennessee Board of Nursing.
• Coordinate, plan, and conduct student recruitment initiatives for the Nursing Program.
• Advise students in developing an Academic Plan for timely degree completion.
• Collaborate with faculty and student academic support staff on the delivery of support components.
• Promote communication with transfer institutions, professional associations, and other external constituents to support student success.
• Evaluate and monitor progress to achieve individual and unit goals and objectives.
• Originate and recommend requisitions for the purchase of supplies and equipment, and other uses of appropriate budgetary funds for the instructional program.
• Provide leadership when the Director of Nursing is not available.
• Complete other assignments as directed by supervision.&nbsp;
Minimum Qualifications
• Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. • Current and valid Tennessee or compact state license as a Registered Nurse. • Recent professional practice in a health care facility or educational institution. • Experience in full-time teaching and/or administrative positions in an approved school of professional nursing. • Teaching experience with technology, including online instructional tools and mobile devices. 
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with grant development and grant administration. • Experience with curriculum development and implementation. • Experience with data collection and analysis • Conversational ability or fluency in a second language.

In this job, you’ll be responsible for ensuring mitigations address our workers’ highest risks and integrate business functions across the organization into the SMS.This position will lead their team to advance the SMS strategy, develop annual goals and objectives that feed Edison Safety priorities and Corporate Goals, and guide the tactical implementation of SMS efforts. This position will work closely with leaders and stakeholders to identify and assess risks and contribute to effective implementation of mitigations. Are you ready to take on the challenge to help us build the future?<h4>Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Provides technical and administrative direction on all Safety policies and programs which bear critical importance to overall corporate objectives, operations and profitability</li><li>Manages incident reporting and follow-up programs, including the analysis of trends and improvements&nbsp;</li><li>Develops and leads the Governance and Assurance programs along with the Environmental, Health and Safety Management System for the company</li><li>Maintains relevant safety training certifications of relevance to the company’s operations; schedules and coordinates employee safety training programs</li><li>Develops and executes health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines</li><li>Manages third party Environmental, Health and Safety providers across the company's portfolio, driving safety culture and ensuring compliance with the company's standards and procedures</li><li>Develops, implements, monitors, provides presentations and ensures compliance for company Environmental, Health and Safety management systems</li><li>Provides oversight and guidance in the assessment of Environmental, Health and Safety policies, procedures, programs, and systems</li><li>Serves in an emergency response role as part of the Company’s Incident Management Team in supporting crisis response. This role requires periodic on-call reporting during the day, night, and weekends as emergencies arise</li><li>A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity </li></ul><h4>Minimum Qualifications</h4><ul><li>Five or more years combined experience performing or supervising function, experience leading and developing health and safety compliance programs, activities and systems</li><li>Possess a valid Class C Driver's License&nbsp;</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with Safety Management Systems</li><li>Experience leading complex, high visibility Safety programs at a utility</li><li>Proficiency in MS PowerPoint</li></ul>Additional Information <ul><li>This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.  Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California.  Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
