In this role, you'll drive your own success by meeting leasing goals and fostering strong, professional relationships with both prospective and current residents. We offer a competitive hourly wage of $18–$20, along with the opportunity to earn commissions on new leases and bonuses for renewals.Successful Leasing Consultant demonstrates an unparallel commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction while helping customers find their perfect home. If expected to carry a mobile phone, eligible for monthly reimbursement according to company policy.Travel RequiredSome local travel may be required.Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>Required: High School Diploma, or equivalent.</li><li>Preferred: Background in sales is preferred.</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills, &amp; Abilities<ul><li>Language Skills – Ability to read and interpret documents such as lease documents, safety rules, instructions, and procedural manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.&nbsp; Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.</li><li>Mathematical Skills – Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.&nbsp;</li><li>Reasoning Ability – Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.</li><li>Computer Skills – To perform this job successfully, an individual should be computer literate and have knowledge of Property Management software; MRI preferred; working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
