Ensure site content is organized, up-to-date, and accessible to authorized users.</li><li>Forms and Publications Management: Manage and maintain a repository of DoD forms and publications relevant to A&amp;S, ensuring availability and currency.</li><li>CATMS Tasking Management: Utilize CATMS for task creation, assignment, tracking, and reporting to ensure accountability and effective management of tasks related to DBO/Executive Operations.</li></ul>Liaison and Coordination:<ul><li>Directorate of Administration and Management (DA&amp;M) Liaison: Serve as a point of contact with DA&amp;M for matters related to administrative policies, procedures, and resources.</li><li>Inter-Office Coordination: Coordinate with other DoD offices and agencies to gather information, resolve issues, and ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.</li><li>Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders, program managers, and administrative staff.</li></ul>Other Responsibilities:<ul><li>Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of executive operations processes.</li><li>Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff on the use of PULSE, SharePoint, and other relevant tools and systems.</li><li>Records Management: Maintain accurate and complete records in accordance with DoD policies and regulations.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul><h4>Qualifications</h4><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree is required from an accredited college/university.</li><li>TS/SCI clearance required.</li><li>Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting DoD or other federal agencies.</li><li>Executive level support experience, experience within DoD and other federal agencies is preferable.</li><li>Experience in leading and providing technical guidance and direction involving multiple projects of high complexity.</li><li>Must have experience in managing customer expectations and working directly with customers.</li><li>Must have outstanding customer service abilities to initiative, judgement, creativity, flexibility, and confidence.</li><li>Must have the ability to multi-task across multiple projects.</li></ul>Target salary range: $115,000 - $118,000The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation.
