Craft and maintain a product backlog and ensure user stories are aligned to underlying outcomes.</li><li>Develop the business case for new features. Research regulatory development and provide preliminary input on analysis of potential implications to existing products. Prepare the documentation of as-is processes for product management, product enhancements, key findings and standard methodologies.</li><li>Act as a point of contact for internal inquiries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology and other adjacent stakeholders to gather and document product requirements and to ensure timely delivery of product features, following agile development methodologies.</li><li>Identify technical gaps and collaborate with broader team to facilitate resolution risks, opportunities and changes tied to product management initiatives and processes.</li><li>Facilitate the reports and presentations for product governance meetings and Senior leadership meetings</li><li>Maintain open communication channels with ACD Leadership, stakeholders, business partners,&nbsp;and technology partners</li><li>Support governance processes for Acquirer Capability Delivery</li><li>Become a subject matter expert of the product(s) in scope</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Knowledge and experience of Agile and Product development practices and processes is preferred, including the ability to write compelling user stories and lead certain Agile ceremonies</li><li>2+ years’ experience working with a scrum team</li><li>Knowledge of merchant transaction processing capabilities a plus</li><li>Strong communicator with a demonstrated ability to connect at all levels, who can also lead and influence business and technology partners effectively, are desired</li><li>Ability to drive project deliverables to achieve business results</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a team environment</li><li>Curious and strives to know how things work and ability to use that knowledge to find enhancement opportunities</li><li>Ability to solve problems in a structured manner</li><li>Recognize issues quickly and determine how to go about getting resolution</li><li>Ability to drive standardization in processes</li><li>Ability to manage Business and end user expectations in a challenging and ever-changing environment</li><li>Degree in any of the relevant fields or relevant work experience</li></ul>Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
