Position Summary:&nbsp;The overall purpose of this job is to oversee and manage all aspects of testing activities at the college, ensuring tests are administered effectively, efficiently, and in accordance with established standards. This role involves planning, scheduling, and coordinating testing events, managing testing materials, and ensuring a secure and supportive testing environment. The position assists with the management of the Academic Testing Center on all campuses, creating reports, managing personnel, and acting in the Director’s absence.
Essential Functions:
55% Test Administration
<ul>
<li>Coordinates the logistics of test administration, including securing testing locations, arranging for proctors, and distributing materials.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Develops and maintains test plans, schedules, and calendars, ensuring alignment with college timelines and objectives.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensures the secure handling, storage, and distribution of test materials, including booklets, answer sheets, and online access codes.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Oversees the setup and maintenance of testing environments, ensuring they are conducive to testing and compliant with accessibility requirements.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintains testing statistics and reports on testing outcomes to relevant stakeholders.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Facilitates communication between testing stakeholders, including students, instructors, administrators, and testing agencies.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Works with the Director to develop, modify, update, and interpret testing policies.</li>
<li>Works with the Director to ensure adherence to all relevant testing policies, procedures, and regulations, including those of the college, third-party testing agencies, and the National College Testing Association (NCTA). This includes adherence to FERPA as it relates to college and testing services.</li>
<li>Ensures documentation is complete and up to date.</li>
<li>Successfully completes the requirements necessary to achieve certification to administer a number of standardized exams, such as CLEP, DSST, Pearson-Vue and HISET and administers exams as necessary.</li>
</ul>
20% Personnel
<ul>
<li>Coordinates the recruitment, hiring, training, and scheduling of temporary part-time (TPT) employees. Initiates employment contracts, monitors the TPT budget, and oversees the submission of timesheets for payroll.</li>
<li>Creates the staffing schedule for all campus locations for both full- and part-time employees.</li>
<li>Plans, schedules, and leads orientation, training sessions, and meetings.</li>
<li>Monitors proctor certifications for the National ACT, HiSET, Kryterion, and any other exams requiring certification. If necessary, ensures employees complete continuing education requirements for recertification.</li>
<li>Communicates important information with all personnel.</li>
<li>Evaluates, documents, and provides input for employees in areas for improvement; disciplines employees as necessary.</li>
<li>Conducts observations of staff and provides constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.</li>
</ul>
15% Management
<ul>
<li>Analyzes and reports from TutorTrac and Navigate to determine staffing needs at all campus locations.</li>
<li>Creates and distributes marketing materials.</li>
<li>Troubleshoots and creates solutions for problems that may arise with all ATCs</li>
<li>Report any issues that occur in all ATCs</li>
<li>Requests support from the Help Desk to resolve technology issues and to coordinate the upgrade or replacement of hardware and software.</li>
<li>Coordinates cross-department events and initiatives.</li>
<li>Develops and implements innovative academic programs that meet the evolving needs of students.</li>
<li>Manages the department in the Director’s absence.</li>
<li>Assist with other duties as assigned.</li>

Position Summary: The Motorsports Team Coordinator will oversee the operations of our student-led Formula SAE (FSAE) team. This individual will act as the primary administrative authority for the team, maintain regular communication with student leaders, monitor progress, and ensure the team stays on schedule. Rather than providing hands-on technical design or fabrication, the Team Coordinator will assist with logistics, planning, and administrative tasks while providing guidance when needed. The ideal candidate fosters student accountability while guiding the team through the complexities of a large-scale technical project. One of the main goals of this role is to help maintain long-term sustainability for the team, so future students can continue to be involved and benefit from the experience.
Duties and Responsibilities: • Act as the main administrative contact for the FSAE team, connecting students with faculty, school administration, and sponsors. • Fosters student accountability while guiding the team through the complexities of a large-scale technical project. • Receive updates from team leaders and help ensure goals and deadlines are met. • Support students in organizing the team and resolving management challenges. • Coordinate team recruitment and outreach event participation. • Manage purchasing, budgeting, and material procurement. • Manage logistics for events, including travel and registration. • Attend weekly team meetings to stay updated and offer support.

Job Purpose:&nbsp;To provide instructional assistance to the Respiratory Therapy Program, function as a full-time faculty member, and actualize the goals/standards of the program.
Essential Job Functions:

<li>Coordinate and oversee all instructional and programmatic activities at the designated satellite site, ensuring student learning experiences are consistent and equivalent to those offered at the main campus.</li>
