<p>Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer in a multi-faceted, multi-location academic and administration setting, this role is responsible for the short/long-range facilities planning, construction, and space utilization programs. The position directs planning and project management for programs and facilities, including budgeting, contractual agreements, procurement, design process, and scheduling. It frequently involves working with consultant architects and engineers and coordinating closely with other campus executives.
