As our founder, Kent Taylor once said, “We are a people company that just happens to serve steaks.” Check us out, you won’t be disappointed!Position Overview&nbsp;The Travel Coordinator must have a passion for assisting our Roadies in all aspects of travel.&nbsp; The perfect candidate would be a motivated, self-starter.&nbsp; Attention to detail and the ability to manage your time to meet deadlines is critical.&nbsp; We serve all Texas Roadhouse, Bubba’s 33 and Jaggers brands.Responsibilities&nbsp;<ul><li>Booking transient (individual) travel (air, car, hotel) through the GDS as well as using other software and vendor sites when needed.</li><li>Answering phone calls from Roadies in the field who need immediate travel assistance</li><li>Assist with all travel related changes</li><li>Assisting and/or troubleshoot Concur booking issues</li><li>Processing travel requests via phone calls, email requests and Service Now portal</li><li>Booking group travel (10+) via registration system-Air, various ground transportation options, creating hotel rooming lists</li><li>Coordinating travel requirements with Event Planners</li><li>Payment set up hotel room block, meeting rooms, Banquet Event Orders</li><li>Liaison between Event Planners and Hotel Partners for events, payment, and reconciliation.</li><li>House rental contracts, payments and entry communications</li><li>Updating attendee registration records</li><li>Keeping detailed records or events and changes</li><li>Booking refrigerated trucks for the stores as needed</li><li>Responsible for coordinating data for other departments to ensure accuracy of where travel costs are to be coded &nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for hotel credit card authorization follow up when electronic is not an option through the GDS system&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor “open for use log” and “credit log” to utilize toward new tickets</li><li>Redeeming company earned car coupons towards new rentals</li><li>Redeeming company earned hotel points towards visits</li><li>Job related additional responsibilities may apply&nbsp;</li><li>May come in contact with company trade secrets, confidential information, and intangible assets&nbsp;</li></ul>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Qualifications&nbsp;<ul><li>High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)&nbsp;</li><li>Booking travel experience (preferred but not required, on-the-job training available)</li><li>Customer Service experience preferred</li><li>Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Word, Worldspan GDS&nbsp;</li></ul>We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
