Develop workflow continuity with our boundary partners to establish efficiencies by improving communication to minimize duplication. This Remote position offers the opportunity to contribute in multiple areas.Responsibilities include: <ul><li>Collecting, and analyzing operational data to identify trends, generate reports, and inform decision-making.</li><li>Analyzing and optimizing existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing new procedures to enhance efficiency.</li><li>Facilitating communication between different departments, resolving operational issues, and coordinating with stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Coordinate with outside sources to ensure submitted data reflects an accurate depiction of performance while making recommendations for process improvement for current and future metrics collection systems.</li><li>Provide business analysis support and assist with business requirements documentation to ensure effective delivery of system and operational changes.</li><li>Educates and promotes a culture of continuous improvement by partnering with process owners / champions to drive improved results.</li></ul>Essential Qualifications:<ul><li>Ability to learn and retain new information and concepts quickly, including the operational understanding of telecommunications ordering/provisioning, billing/accounting processes, and general project management principles.</li><li>Must have strong organizational skills and be excellent with details and follow-up.</li><li>High competency in both verbal and written communications, interpersonal skills to interact effectively with different types of people and approaches, outgoing and proactive in order to accomplish tasks.</li><li>Flexibility, ability to multitask and prioritize requests from several different sources without sacrificing quality of work, and ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.</li><li>Strong computer literacy, with the ability to leverage technology associated with the job (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheets, Tableau).</li><li>Strong data analytics experience on large-scale complicated datasets, including expertise in handling sales data such as pipeline, revenue, and churn.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis, process mapping, and business operation design.</li></ul>We're Proud to Offer a Comprehensive Benefits Package Including:<ul><li>401k retirement plan, with employer match</li><li>Insurance options including: medical, dental, vision, life and STD insurance</li><li>Paid Time Off/Vacation: Starting at 80 hours per year, and increases based on tenure with the organization</li><li>Floating Holiday: 40 hours per year</li><li>Paid Holidays: 7 days per year</li><li>Paid Sick Leave: Astound allows a number of paid sick hours per calendar year and varies based on state and/or local laws</li><li>Tuition reimbursement program</li><li>Employee discount program</li></ul>*Benefits listed above are for regular full-time positionThe base hourly salary range for this position is $22-$25, opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission, if applicable.
