Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>In a highly collaborative manner, creates and executes an actionable plan for the development and commercialization of digital health solutions such as patient or provider facing applications, AI-based algorithms&amp; tools, digital diagnostics, clinical decision support, patient engagement, remote patient monitoring solutions to support the BMS DH portfolio.</li><li>Acts as an integrator within the program team comprised of colleagues from Digital Health, IT, Worldwide and regional Brand Teams, Drug Development, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Quality and Legal to ensure alignment and connect best practices</li><li>Supports the creation of KPIs to measure and track program milestones and deliverables. Creates appropriate dashboards and visualizations to communicate program status to stakeholders and executive leadership.</li><li>Facilitates effective, science-based business decisions including the development of scenarios as needed. Develops and promotes a workplace culture that values diversity of thought and creates an atmosphere that supports coaching and fosters accountability.</li></ul>Key Accountabilities:<ul><li>Drives the projects forward using Agile processes to achieve significant acceleration of time to market for Digital Projects in BMS by applying sharp prioritization, Minimum Viable Product mindset and cross functional leadership </li><li>Delivers high quality digital health assets that accomplish the intent for improved patient experience, better patient outcomes, and enhances the value of our medicines in moments that matter across the treatment journey</li><li>Drives the maturity of the BMS enterprise in selecting, validating and deploying novel digital health solutions (eg. consumer wearables, medical devices, AI products) that yield robust clinical data&nbsp; </li><li>Brings breadth of executional expertise in developing digital products (including Software as Medical Devices), leveraging advanced analytics of clinical and real-world data</li><li>Mobilizes and Leads the collaboration with cross company expertise in product commercialization, drug development, clinical trial design, data science, governance, legal, cybersecurity, data privacy and other subject matter experts to deliver robust &amp; compliant solutions</li><li>Aligns the organization on effective decision making and governance, to execute on the approved strategy </li><li>Communicates and collaborates with senior leaders, functional area stakeholders, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of digital program operational plans with functional area capabilities to successfully deliver projects </li><li>Navigates complex and dynamic internal and external healthcare environment; brings an agile and continuous improvement mindset by utilizing unbiased, factual assessments to drive rapid change management</li><li>Support the development of KPIs that determine utility &amp; adoption of digital health solutions; develop an analytics strategy to collect measures of success &amp; validate solutions; Thinks through post-launch end-user support systems to ensure service levels &amp; sustained engagement</li><li>Maintains successful track record of leading through influence in complex situations</li><li>Develops and promotes a workplace culture that values diversity of thought, promotes integrity, and creates an atmosphere that supports coaching and fosters accountability</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, computer science, engineering, healthcare, data science or relevant discipline</li><li>6+ years of experience in product management including Agile in the pharmaceutical, MedTech or life sciences industry; Digital product development or commercialization expertise preferred</li><li>Expertise in leading complex data analytics, product development, software engineering programs in a pharmaceutical company or healthcare is desirable</li><li>Successful track record of leading through influence and working across complex, global organizational matrices</li></ul>If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn’t perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
