We are part of a national network of Baby Cafés that provide free, high-quality breastfeeding support to all families. Our goal is to empower parents through education, encouragement, and compassionate care in a culturally sensitive environment. We are seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, and experienced Certified Lactation Consultant (CLC) to join our Baby Café team to be a Clinical Co-lead. They will provide direct lactation support, lead the breastfeeding support group sessions, and promote a positive, inclusive atmosphere where parents feel welcomed, informed, and confident in their feeding choices.<ul><li>Serve as a clinical co-lead in operating the Baby Café, including opening the session, facilitating discussions, and ensuring a smooth and supportive experience from start to close.</li><li>As Clinical Co-lead, will co-direct clinical discussions and give advice by assessing and addressing common and complex breastfeeding challenges, using evidence-based sources.
