<h3>Job Description:</h3>The Role Quantitative Research and Investments (QRI) is seeking an experienced quantitative risk professional to contribute to the development and enhancement of Fidelity Asset Management’s risk analytics platform. The Sr. Analyst will partner closely with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) teams to ensure USCS policy governance remains compliant, consistent, and transparent across the organization.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead policy management for USCS Governance, staying up to date on all emerging changes, and effectively communicating with key USCS stakeholders.</li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert and liaison with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), maintaining strong collaboration to align on governance, reporting, and regulatory standards.</li><li>Integrate enterprise risk management framework across USCS through regular communication</li><li>Track specific issues with KRI limits and risk appetite for US Consumer Services to ensure operational risks are managed within agreed thresholds.</li><li>Help develop BU-specific procedures and standards (e.g., escalation protocols) related to the execution of the Operational Risk Management programs.</li><li><ul><li>Support internal and external exam management processes, working with Enterprise functions (e.g., data request compilation, action implementation, and regulatory adherence).</li></ul></li><li><ul><li>Assist in implementing portions of the operational risk framework to enable effective risk management and decision-making in the BU.</li></ul></li><li>Support execution plans for operational risk management within the business unit (BU), including BU-specific guidelines and project plans</li></ul>Required Qualifications: <ul><li>2+ Years experience in operational risk management (e.g., within Risk and/or Internal Audit function) Understanding of critical operational risk management lifecycle activities</li><li>Project management, communication, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Experience in process governance, with an understanding of processes that align with policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards</li><li>Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios effectively</li><li>Strong skills with Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Finance Business, Risk Mgmt., or related field; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MSc) or certifications are advantageous</li><li>Preferred: Experience in Enterprise Risk Management and/or policy management and governance.</li><li>Experience in at least one of the following: </li><li>Translating operational risk strategy and appetite into execution guidelines</li><li>Tracking and identifying issues with Key Risk Indicator (KRI) limits and risk appetite to ensure operational risks are managed within agreed thresholds</li><li>Facilitating the implementation of the operational risk governance frameworks </li><li>Developing, communicating and ensuring understanding and adherence to operational risk procedures and standards </li><li>Supporting the operational risk exam management processes</li></ul>Salary Range: $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
