The role involves conducting investment manager due diligence research. The core responsibilities include:Conducting manager research/ongoing due diligence of Multi-Asset investment strategies, including mutual funds, ETFs, separately managed accounts (SMAs), and other investment vehicles. You will lead due-diligence meetings with portfolio managers to discuss their investment philosophy and process, their team’s behavioral traits, their strategy’s risk and return characteristics. You will use appropriate analytical and research tools to conduct independent and thorough research. The objective is to combine qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate the manager’s skills and identify key performance drivers and potential risks.
