This role involves managing sales inquiries, coordinating with customers, and supporting the sales team to achieve revenue and growth objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE Sales Support <ul><li>Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, providing accurate product and service information.</li><li>Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.</li><li>Coordinate with the sales team to qualify leads and ensure timely follow-ups.</li><li>Track sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients.</li><li>Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.</li></ul> Customer Relationship Management <ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.</li><li>Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support.</li><li>Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.</li></ul> Coordination and Reporting <ul><li>Collaborate with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.</li><li>Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, sales trends, and customer feedback.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets.</li></ul> Administrative Tasks <ul><li>Schedule and organize meetings, presentations, and training sessions for the sales team.</li><li>Ensure all sales documentation and files are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.</li><li>Support marketing campaigns by coordinating leads and tracking campaign performance.</li><li>Flexibility to perform other job duties as assigned.</li></ul> JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE Education: <ul><li>High school diploma or GED equivalent required </li><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field preferred; however, a combination of education and experience wherein the skills and abilities to perform the responsibilities and functions have been adequately demonstrated is acceptable.</li></ul> Desired Experience: &nbsp; <ul><li>2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or customer service.</li></ul> Knowledge/Skills: <ul><li>Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Pipe Drive, Salesforce, HubSpot).</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.</li><li>Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.</li></ul> Licenses/Certifications: &nbsp;N/A SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Total Number of Employees Directly Supervising: &nbsp;&nbsp;0&nbsp; Number of Subordinate Supervisors Reporting to Position: 0&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; VISION REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE Can be performed with or without assistive technology: &nbsp;X Required to perform activities such as preparing/analyzing data/figures; viewing a computer screen; reading; inspecting small objects for defects; using measuring devices; and/or assembling parts with close eye contact. ___Required to perform activities such as operating machinery and/or power tools at or within arm’s reach; performing non-repetitive tasks such as carpentry work or repairing machinery. ___&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Required to review/inspect own assigned work, the work of others, or facilities or structures.
