On July 3-5, 2026, NASCAR will make its much-anticipated return to Chicagoland Speedway for three days of racing action. NASCAR seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Marketing Coordinator based at Chicagoland Speedway. The Marketing Coordinator will support all marketing campaigns and programs including but not limited to creative services management, email marketing support, street team management, fan promotions and prospecting, show car appearances, and fan communications to drive retention rates while also attracting new fans to the event. Daily tasks may also include creative services management, email programming, analysis, promotion or event management, and other various administrative tasks.&nbsp;Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks<ul><li>Lead the development and execution of consumer facing email content creation, including campaigns, segmentation, testing, fan engagement, promotions and prospecting programs</li><li>Support and execution of all grass roots marketing initiatives and events</li><li>Operate and maintain promotional equipment, supplies, collateral, and promotional inventory</li><li>Support and execute elements associated with fan promotions, including communications, supplies, prizes, rules, and other elements as needed&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Data input and tracking including reporting and expense tracking log</li><li>Digital support including campaign planning, social advertising, mobile app, text, websites, or other digital platform updates</li><li>Assistance in execution of key NASCAR initiatives or platforms</li><li>Ensure all branding, logos and marketing content are up to standards on advertising sites, partner sites, internal websites, social media channels and communications</li><li>Assists with marketing, program, event, and media analysis&nbsp;</li><li>Community research, outreach, media tracking, event planning and other duties as assigned</li><li>General Marketing, Communications or Administrative tasks or projects as assigned</li><li>Distributes Weekly Reports including ticket and offer updates, email, social and website analytics</li><li>Engage staff by sharing information on a timely basis via open and clear communication</li><li>All other Marketing or Communication programs as assigned or needed</li><li>Travel: 20% (locally within the state)</li></ul>Performance Measures<ul><li>Meet or Exceed Ticket Sales Revenue</li><li>Meet or Exceed Prospect Data Goal</li><li>Utilize GEM Survey Results to gauge customer feedback against key areas of oversight; create action plans to enhance fan experience</li><li>Successful execution of Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks as identified above</li><li>Fulfillment of Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks within budget parameters</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Four-year college degree from an accredited program; Emphasis in marketing, communications, or digital media preferred</li><li>Excellent understanding of marketing strategies</li><li>Ability to think creatively and contribute new ideas</li><li>A minimum of 2-3 years professional experience</li><li>Strong communication and guest service skills</li><li>Excellent professionalism.</li><li>General knowledge of NASCAR preferred</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours with weekend availability</li><li>Strong affinity of motorsports</li><li>Able to lift 50 pounds</li></ul>Work Requirements Office and outdoor working conditions.
