Job Summary
This is a part-time, grant-funded fiscal year staff position. We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to coordinate and operate our Southwest Health Careers Express. This role involves conducting outreach, managing logistics, driving the mobile lab, and delivering engaging educational experiences to children and young people at community events, schools, and partner organizations.
Job Duties

Program delivery and engagement:
<ul>
<li>Facilitate interactive healthcare career exploration stations for students (K-12)</li>
<li>Deliver mini learning sessions, leads hands-on activities across multiple healthcare themed stations</li>
<li>Create a welcoming an inclusive environment that fosters curiosity and learning</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
Outreach and scheduling:
<ul>
<li>Coordinate with schools, community organizations, and event planners to schedule visits</li>
<li>Promote the lab’s offerings through community outreach and engagement initiatives</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
Logistics and Operations:
<ul>
<li>Drive the Mobile Healthcare Exploration Lab to and from events</li>
<li>Set up and break down learning stations, ensuring all materials and equipment are organized and functional</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe environment within the lab</li>
</ul>

<li>
Reporting and Documentation:
<ul>
<li>Track attendance, student engagement, and learning outcomes</li>
<li>Submit monthly reports detailing program activities, success and challenges</li>
<li>Presents ideas for improvement</li>
</ul>

Minimum Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Practical experience in health care (various fields may be applicable) 
</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record 
</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Previous teaching or educational experience 
</li>
<li>Background in community advocacy and public outreach 
</li>
<li>Familiarity with hands-on, interactive learning modalities 
</li>
</ul>
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

      Part-Time: Healthcare Exploration Lab Coordinator
    

Supports the Company’s goals related to the financial facets of onsite operations by completing accounting, bookkeeping and other financial responsibilities related to assigned portfolio of communities. Additionally, the Community Support Specialist will prepare financial close out, ensure accuracy and process all payables, and will be responsible for resident and vendor communication and related accounting and financial transactions as necessary. JOB DESCRIPTION1. Contributes to and facilitates an optimized consumer experience in a virtual environment via phone, email, or other technologies.2. Conducts detailed reviews and processes onsite operational expenses for payment by reconciling work performed, confirming receipt of goods, and coding expenses to appropriate Chart of Account codes. Additionally, manages communication between the vendor/contractor, accounting, and the client/owner as needed.3. Communication with residents regarding account balances, implements procedures for collecting on delinquent accounts, and enforce lease contracts to maximize revenue.4. Follows the Company’s established procedures related to regaining possession of apartments by following proper notice requirements, filing of documents with legal representation. Ensuring proper communication and coordination of the processes for representation in court with local onsite teams and legal counsel.5. Detailed review and completion of final accounting procedures to ensure accurate billing and minimize liability of damages to communities.6. Coordinates setting up new vendors, contractors, and other service providers for payment, contacts vendors and others as needed to research and resolve invoice and payment disputes and issue payments.7. Reviews utility billing resident charges to ensure accuracy and coordinates with onsite teams to address unit level discrepancies.8. Assists with administrative paperwork within the resident lifecycle to include but not limited to move-in and move- out procedures, resident renewal processes, resident file audits, resident insurance audits, and other administrative tasks as necessary.9.
