POSITION SUMMARY:The Skills and Simulations Operations Coordinator is a Full-time Principal Faculty (rank commensurate with experience) within the Physician Assistant Program. This position is primarily responsible for the coordination and implementation of skills&nbsp;and simulation-based instruction across the curriculum. Key areas of focus include clinical procedures training, technical skills development, and oversight of objective structure clinical examinations (OSCEs). Together, the UDN aims to:<ol><li>Provide answers for patients with undiagnosed conditions</li><li>Generate new knowledge about disease mechanisms</li><li>Assess the application of emerging phenotyping and genomic technologies</li></ol>The Project Manager will be closely involved in case operations, protocol maintenance, meeting coordination, and internal communications for the UDN DMCC.
