At Astound, we believe in creating astounding possibilities for everyone, everywhere.Where you will work: Waco, TXA Day in the Life of the Construction Coordinator:<ul><li>Performs pre-construction field inspection to ensure completion of make-ready and existing aerial facilities owned by various power, telephone and CATV companies.</li><li>Responsible for working with and managing contractors, preparing detailed work prints, writing Job Cost estimates, and creating a bill of materials (BOM) for aerial and underground projects.</li><li>Performs field review of upcoming projects to ensure accuracy and necessity of proposed field construction.</li><li>Performs field inspections against invoices to ensure accuracy, ensure Astound specifications are met, and material usage is correct.</li><li>Responsible for forecasting material needs and coordinating with Project Manager and Warehouse personnel.</li><li>Provides regular project status reports to the Project Manager and Community Liaison Manager.</li><li>Provides supervision and support to OSP Inspector.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for coordinating with others to ensure the completion of make-ready work of existing aerial facilities owned by various power, telephone, and CATV companies.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for the implementation of project contracts awarded by the Project Manager, preparing Notice to Proceed, and creating a bill of material for aerial and underground projects.
