This position is designed for an early- to mid-career professional who will partner closely with the PMO Director to coordinate and track projects across multiple departments. The Project Manager will help teams stay organized, ensure project documentation and timelines are maintained, and support the adoption of standard project management practices. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of project management experience who is ready to grow their skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Works with Envision base service centers, vendors, purchasing, and accounting staff to resolve issues that arise when processing invoices. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE: Accounts Payable: <ul> <li>Review EDI transactions and resolve any discrepancies.&nbsp; </li> <li>Work with vendors and base service centers; identify shipments and invoices with problems or errors.</li> <li>Issue weekly report to base service centers for invoices that cannot be processed.</li> <li>Review monthly EDI vendor statements, reconcile EDI vendor accounts, resolve discrepancies, and take steps to eliminate recurring issues.</li> <li>Maintain reconciliations of assigned general ledger accounts. </li> <li>Daily AR invoicing.</li> <li>Monitor invoices, emails, phone calls, and mail for potential fraud.</li> <li>Interface payable information from ancillary electronic systems into accounting system.</li> </ul> Other Duties: <ul> <li>Help with the processing of manual Base Store invoices.</li> <li>Serve as backup for other AP positions.</li> <li>Assist in developing procedures and reporting formats to establish or improve specific accounting processes. </li> <li>Respond to a variety of departmental and public requests for information in person, phone, electronic communication, or mail. </li> <li>Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> QualificationsJOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: Education: Associate’s degree in accounting or related field with four years of payables experience or equivalent practical experience.&nbsp; BS degree in accounting or related field preferred.
